Jiuding Capital Successfully Raised the First USD Fund

On 18th, Chinese PE firm Kunwu Jiuding Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (Jiuding Capital) completed the raising of first US fund Jiuding China Growth Fund, LP. of 120 million US dollars.

It’s reported that Singapore Vertex Management became the cornerstone investor. Other investors included Sovereign Wealth, BMW fund and Partners Group (one of world biggest Fund of funds). The fund has acquired over 3-fold subscription amounts.

Xiaojie HUANG said Jiuding Capital has been dedicated into investing unlisted growing or mature companies in China in its investment philosophy and strategy, which were attaching great importance to consumption, medicine, agriculture, advanced manufacturing and emerging industries.

 “It’s our first step toward international markets,” said Xiaojie HUANG. As a Chinese PE firm, Jiuding Capital has been recognized by world famous investors, which should attribute to its rich industrial experience and professional team.

Jiuding Capital has managed several issues of RMB funds before that. The invested companies like Gifore, Geeya and Huifeng have been listed with more than 10-fold returns.
